If you need to comment a program, or a diagram, or prove a theorem, or explain a chemical reaction, you’ll have to show what you are going to talk about. In my case, it’s usually computer programs. A program can be quite a lot of text, with many issues linked to the layout and continuity between successive parts. Just like informational text, topic text should not be displayed all at once, but by small chunks.
